Argricultural Conveyancing

We have been acting with regard to the best interests of our clients in connection with agricultural land dealings since James John Shee setup his practice in Carrick-on-Suir in 1890. As Co-founder and Secretary of the Irish Land and Labourer Association in 1895 he was at the forefront of campaigning for the rights of Tenant farmers and Labourers across the region. This initial connection with the agrarian movement has permeated throughout the history and development of the firm enabling John Shee & Co. LLP to be in a unique position of understanding when advising our clients in respect of all aspects of agricultural/farming transactions, including all aspects of taxation and tax planning.
